Who?
We believe it’s important to know the credentials and
background of your local homebrew shop. Some shops look fancy,
but have little or no experience. For your information, the
beer and wine kits we stock have all been thoroughly tested
and many have won top awards throughout the country. Beyond
that, the caliber of the staff is also crucially component.
The Brew Haus is owned and operated by Tony Simmons. Tony
has graduated at the top of his class from a variety of professional
brewing programs and has won numerous awards for his beers,
wines, meads (honey wine), and ciders. This includes:

2003)
